Robert Barnes, B.Sc, MBA, P.Eng: Mr. Barnes has over 30 years in the mining industry, including 20 years in mine management and project development. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Barnes worked at Pan American Silver’s La Colorada underground silver mine in various capacities including: mine manager, construction manager for tailings expansion, plant and infra structure construction supervisor, and underground development coordinator. Mr. Barnes is the Vice President of Operations for Capstone and is responsible for operations at Cozamin.
John Wigle, B.Sc, P.Eng: Mr. Wigle has over 25 years of operations, project management, construction and engineering experience, associated with mining and metallurgical projects in Mexico, Canada, Ireland, South Africa, USA, Indonesia and Australia. In 2003, during the development of Pan American’s La Colorado Mine in Zacatecas State, Mexico Mr. Wigle was the Engineering Construction Project Manager. Mr. Wigle is a consultant for the surface construction at the Cozamin mine.
Jenna L. Hardy, M.Sc, MBA, P.Geo: Ms. Hardy has over 20 years of professional experience in the mining industry consulting for Vancouver–based companies by assisting with environmental and operational development plans. From 1993-2004, Ms. Hardy worked for Pan American Silver Corp. as corporate Manager of Health Safety and Environmental issues. In this position, she gained valuable experience dealing with environmental and social issues during the development of mines in Latin America which included the La Colorada mine in

. Ms. Hardy joined Capstone’s Advisory Board in 2004, and has since been involved in permitting, implementation and monitoring of environmental action plans and procedures, as well as mentoring staff associated with the re-development, opening, expansion and continued mining and exploration in and around the San Roberto Mine of the Cozamin project. In 2007, Ms. Hardy initiated a program of benchmarking as Capstone committed to participate in the environmental and safety self-audit programs sponsored by the Mexican government.
